Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In order to process your refund or exchange we will need proof of purchase which also stated the order id. Please do not send to manufacturer, if you do so, you will unable to get your refund.

Once we received your product, the product will be undergoes several process.

  1. We will inspected the products by following our guidelines and we will notified you that we have received your returned item.
  2. We will also notify you the status of your refund.
  3. If the product subject to refund and you approved, the your refund will be process. The amount will be credit back to your account within 2-5 working days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We are regret to inform you that sales item cannot be refunded. For sales products that still under warranty you can claim for exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item or different item (price must not exceed the purchase price), send us an email at or fill up the form in warranty claim (click here). Replaced are not allow where the damage are cause by beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, flood, theft, labor disputes or other industrial disturbances, systemic electrical, telecommunications or other utility failures, earthquake, storms or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts or terrorism or war.

Please note that, the products or items that give or gave as gift cannot be exchange or refund.

All the shipping cost shall be bear by your ownself.  

For all delivery within Klang Valley will be fulfil by ourselves and there will be no delivery charge for Klang Valley area.

For outside Klang Valley we’ll be using courier services with base charge as mention in the checkout area. The delivery charge will be update time by time.

The items that advertise in this website are ready stock units and we’ll need 2-3 days to prepare and test the items before delivery. If there a case where we need more time to prepare the items we’ll contact the customer to inform on it through email or phone call.
